Pastels litter the pavement at the Kansas City Chalk and Walk Festival.
My wife and I spent Father’s Day at the Kansas City Chalk and Walk Festival at Crown Center in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The artwork only lasts a few hours because cleaning crews remove them with high-pressure hoses after the event.
