holy ground

15 years ago on April 19, 1995, a terrorist bombed the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma killing 168 people including 19 children. The building was located at 200 N.W. 5th Street. It’s now a National Memorial.

Every time I travel to Oklahoma City, I visit the site. It’s serene, somber and stunning. It’s amazing that something so beautiful came from something so ugly.
