Recently, a client asked me to shoot some of Kansas City’s fountains for a project. During the assignment, I learned some cool facts about Kansas City fountains:

1. Kansas City has more than 200 fountains.

2. Kansas City ranks second only to Rome, Italy in its number of fountains.

3. Some statues in Kansas City fountains are over 300 years old.

4. Kansas City’s first fountains were built to provide drinking water for horses.
