big 12 baseball championship

Storm clouds threaten over K-State’s Tointon Family Stadium on May 15, 2009.

Recently, I covered K-State baseball against Kansas in Manhattan, Kansas. K-State won the game 4-1, but the real action was in the sky. Although storm clouds threatened the entire game, it never rained and we stayed dry. Now, I’m in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the Big 12 Conference Baseball Championship. 13 games and at least 663 outs in five days under fair and sunny skies.
